Q. What's your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order is 1 x 20ft container — sanitaryware and tiles/stone can be combined within that container for your first order. Repeat and bulk buyers typically move to 40ft or multiple containers.
Q. What are your standard lead times?
Production typically takes 10–15 days once your order and any approved samples are confirmed, plus 2–3 days to move the shipment from factory to port for export. International sea transit to your destination is separate and depends on your country and route — we’ll confirm expected transit time for your specific port at the time of quoting.
Q. Do you provide samples before bulk orders?
Yes — samples are available ahead of any bulk order, at cost.
Q. What are your payment terms?
Payment is 100% advance for first-time orders, confirmed before production begins. For repeat buyers with an established order history, we’re able to offer more flexible terms.
Q. Which ports and Incoterms do you ship under?
We ship under both FOB and CIF terms, from whichever port is closest to your product’s origin — Nhava Sheva (JNPT), Mumbai for sanitaryware and general cargo; Mundra or Kandla for tiles sourced from Morbi; and Chennai or Tuticorin for southern stone and granite. We’ll confirm the exact port and Incoterm for your order at the time of quoting.
