Anyone can send a price list. What it won’t tell you is whether the factory behind it will still be answering emails after your deposit clears. Here’s what actually happens on a DBSK order.
The Process, Step by Step
01
Understanding Your Market
We start with your compliance requirements, price point, and end-use — retail, project, or hospitality — before recommending anything, because a product that sells well in one market can fail to clear customs in another.
02
Manufacturer Matching
We work with a vetted network of manufacturing partners across India’s established clusters, and choose based on your spec — not on who has the most idle capacity that month.
03
Sample Approval
For new product lines, samples are sent and approved before bulk production begins, so there are no surprises once you’re committed to a full container
04
Production Monitoring
We stay in contact with the manufacturing partner through the full production run, not just at the order and shipping stages
05
Pre-Dispatch Inspection
Every consignment is inspected against your agreed spec before it’s packed for export — grade, finish, dimensions, and breakage risk are checked, documented, and photographed.
06
Export Documentation & Logistics
We handle commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and coordination with freight forwarders to your port
07
After Delivery
If anything arrives outside spec, you have one point of contact to resolve it — not a support ticket queue
From your first inquiry to the shipment reaching your port, you work with one dedicated account manager who knows your order — not a rotating queue of sales reps and support tickets.
