We work with a vetted network of manufacturing partners across India’s established clusters, and choose based on your spec — not on who has the most idle capacity that month.

Sample Approval
For new product lines, samples are sent and approved before bulk production begins, so there are no surprises once you’re committed to a full container

Production Monitoring
We stay in contact with the manufacturing partner through the full production run, not just at the order and shipping stages

Pre-Dispatch Inspection
Every consignment is inspected against your agreed spec before it’s packed for export — grade, finish, dimensions, and breakage risk are checked, documented, and photographed.

Export Documentation & Logistics
We handle commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and coordination with freight forwarders to your port

After Delivery
If anything arrives outside spec, you have one point of contact to resolve it — not a support ticket queue
