These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website dbskindustries.com (the “Website”), operated by DBSK Industries (“DBSK,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Website.

These Terms also form the basis of any order placed with DBSK for sanitaryware, bathroom fittings, tiles, marble, or natural stone (each, an “Order”), together with the specific commercial terms confirmed in your quote or purchase order. Where a signed purchase order or contract conflicts with these Terms, the signed document takes precedence.

  1. Who We Are

DBSK Industries is a specialist export house based at Sumeru Tower, Lokdhara Phase 3, Kalyan East, Thane – 421306, India, sourcing and exporting sanitaryware & bathroom fittings and tiles, marble & natural stone.

  1. Use of the Website

The Website is provided for informational purposes and to allow prospective buyers to request catalogs, quotes, and enquiries. You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and not to submit false or misleading information through any form.

  1. Products and Sourcing

We source products from vetted manufacturing and quarry partners in India. Product images, descriptions, and specifications on the Website are indicative — natural materials such as marble, granite, and stone vary in veining, shade, and finish between batches, and actual products may differ from catalog or marketing photography. Batch-specific samples and photos are available on request ahead of a bulk Order.

  1. Minimum Order Quantity

Our standard minimum Order is one 20ft container. Sanitaryware and tiles/stone can be combined within a single container. Repeat and bulk buyers may move to 40ft or multiple containers by agreement.

  1. Samples

Samples are available ahead of any bulk Order, at cost to the buyer, so you can verify the product against your specification before committing to a full container.

  1. Quotes, Pricing, and Payment
  • Quotes are valid for the period stated at the time they are issued and are subject to confirmation of final specification, quantity, and Incoterm.
  • Payment for first-time Orders is 100% in advance, confirmed before production begins.
  • Repeat buyers with an established Order history may be offered more flexible payment terms, at our discretion.
  • All prices are quoted in [insert currency, e.g., USD] unless otherwise agreed, and exclude duties, taxes, and charges applicable in the destination country, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
  1. Production and Lead Times

Production typically takes 10–15 days once your Order and any approved samples are confirmed, plus 2–3 days to move the shipment from factory to port. International sea transit time is separate, depends on destination and route, and is confirmed at the time of quoting. Lead times are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates unless separately agreed in writing.

  1. Inspection

Every consignment is inspected against the agreed specification before dispatch, and inspection is documented and photographed. Buyers may also arrange independent third-party inspection (e.g., SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas, or another provider of their choice) at their own cost, coordinated through us.

  1. Shipping and Incoterms

We ship under FOB and CIF terms from the port closest to the product’s origin — including Nhava Sheva (JNPT), Mumbai; Mundra or Kandla; and Chennai or Tuticorin — as confirmed at the time of quoting. Risk and responsibility for the goods transfer between buyer and seller according to the Incoterm agreed for that Order.

  1. Non-Conforming Goods

If a shipment does not match the approved sample or agreed specification, contact us within [insert claim window, e.g., 7 days] of delivery with supporting documentation (photos, inspection reports). We will work with you toward a resolution — replacement, credit, or another remedy — as agreed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the nature and cause of the non-conformance.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including text, images, logos, and product photography — is owned by DBSK Industries or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DBSK’s liability in connection with any Order is limited to [insert liability cap, e.g., the value of the affected Order]. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business opportunity, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

  1. Governing Law and Disputes

Terms for an Order already confirmed in writing will not be affected by later changes to this page.
